This wood-fired oven kit is made from very high-quality volcanic earth (pozzolana) and is made in France.
It consists of separate elements that are easy to handle and are placed against each other without adhesive.
Small in size (ideal for a couple), this oven is the ideal tool for trying your hand at wood-fired cooking.
It is perfectly suited to cooking pizza, bread and stews.
Once assembled, the oven must be insulated and covered to ensure it heats up quickly and maintains constant temperatures.
