We offer several payment methods:

- Payment in cash, only when collecting from our workshop
Whatever payment method you choose, your order is processed once your payment is received. For the security of transactions, we may ask you for proof of identity and proof of address (general terms and conditions of sale, article 3.3).
You can pay for your order with these bank cards: CB, Visa, Mastercard
Payment is made on the secure page of our bank (Up2pay e-Transactions, Crédit Agricole). Your card details are entered there and transmitted in encrypted form: Cœur de Foyer never sees them and does not store them.
Your order will be processed once your payment is received. To receive your order as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:

- Write your order number on the back of your cheque

Payment in cash is possible only for an order collected from our workshop in Pouilly-en-Auxois, by appointment on +33 9 78 81 72 73, within the limits set by French regulations.
Please note: To order by phone, contact our pre-sales team on +33 9 78 81 72 73, in French, Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Paris time), except Wednesday afternoon, and until 4.30 pm on Friday (excluding public holidays). Our advisers will help you complete your order.
