Le Nomade 120 pizza oven - Special for pizza vans
The Nomade 120 oven is the largest wood-fired oven intended for pizza vans, cooking up to 5 pizzas at a time. It can however be permanently installed in a pizzeria. It is suitable only for cooking pizzas.

The Nomade 120 oven is the largest wood-fired oven (120cm inner diameter) for its weight/diameter ratio (less than 500 kg).
It consists of high-alumina refractory castable elements offering the greatest thermal resistance and which are easy to handle.
It can be installed:
- Either in a pizza van on the Ephrem support table or on a metal chassis (see van installation instructions)
- Or in a restaurant on a supporting slab
Fitted with a cast iron door and an external smoke hood, which guarantee better airtightness and therefore optimal cooking, this oven is the pizza chef's ideal ally for cooking pizzas.
It consists of high-alumina refractory castable elements offering the greatest thermal resistance and which are easy to handle.
It can be installed:
- Either in a pizza van on the Ephrem support table or on a metal chassis (see van installation instructions)
- Or in a restaurant on a supporting slab
