Your choice, at any time
On your first visit, a window offers you three buttons of equal prominence: Refuse all, Customise and Accept all. Nothing is placed for audience measurement or advertising purposes until you have accepted.
Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time using the icon at the bottom left of each page, or here: manage my cookies.
If you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies present in your browser are deleted.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file saved by your browser when you visit a website. For example, it allows the contents of your basket to be kept from one page to the next.
Cookies used on coeurdefoyer.fr
Cookies necessary for the website to function
They do not require your consent, because without them the shop does not work.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| PrestaShop-… | Basket, login to your account, language and currency | 10 days |
| tarteaucitron | Remember your cookie choices | 6 months |
Audience measurement — subject to your consent
We use Google Analytics to find out which pages are viewed and to improve the website, as well as the statistics from Google Merchant Center to measure visits coming from our products shown on Google.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_… | Distinguish visits and measure traffic (Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center) | 13 months |
Advertising — subject to your consent
We use Google Ads to measure orders resulting from our Google ads.
When you place an order, and only if you have accepted this category, your email address, your telephone number, your first and last names and your address are sent to Google Ads in hashed form (made unreadable by an irreversible calculation before sending), in order to link the order to a Google ad: this is Google's "enhanced conversions". | Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Measure orders resulting from an ad | 90 days |
If you refuse: what Google receives nevertheless
Even without your consent, the Google tools loaded on the website send, without placing any cookie, technical information: date and time, browser type, referring page, presence of an advertising click identifier in the page address, and the fact that you have refused. Google uses this to produce aggregate statistics. According to Google, they contain no cookie or identifier that would allow you to be recognised from one visit to the next.

Content provided by other companies
Some elements of the shop are loaded directly from their publisher's servers, which then receive the IP address of your connection:
- the badge and customer reviews from Société des Avis Garantis;
- the pick-up point selection map (Google Maps), on the checkout page.
Configuring your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. However, blocking necessary cookies prevents you from placing an order.
