The Universal HKM refractory mortar is a ceramic-setting refractory clay mortar for universal use, usable in all phases of building a masonry heater.
✅ Usable from the combustion chamber (core) to the outer envelope (cladding).
✅ Ceramic set: it is the (fairly high) rise in temperature that will cause the ceramic set of the joints (the joints may remain a little soft until the first firing)

Application advice:
- Apply to dust-free materials
- Dry mix before adding water
- Mix vigorously by hand or, better, with a mixer
- Mix with clean water (approximately 7 to 7.5 l of water per 25 kg bag depending on the desired consistency)
- Leave to stand for 30 minutes after mixing and before application, or wait longer, then stir again.
⚠️ Usable for 4 weeks after mixing if stored away from air
