L'Artisan 160 pizza and bread oven - Professional use
The L'Artisan 160 oven is perfectly suited to cooking pizza, bread, grills and slow-cooked dishes.
It can be installed in a twin-axle pizza van, in a takeaway pizza shop or in a large-capacity restaurant. Its external smoke hood optimises its airtightness, making it an excellent bread oven.

This wood-fired oven kit consists of high-alumina refractory castable elements offering excellent thermal resistance.
It consists of separate elements that are easy to handle and are placed against each other without adhesive.
The floor consists of fired, compressed refractory slabs, ultra-resistant to wear.
Fitted with a cast iron door and an external smoke hood, which guarantee better airtightness and therefore optimal cooking, this oven is the pizza chef's ideal ally for cooking pizzas as well as bread.
Once assembled, the oven must be insulated and covered to ensure it heats up quickly and maintains constant temperatures.
