Le Gastronome pizza and bread oven - Domestic use
Formerly the Maxi Barbe model, the Le Gastronome wood-fired oven is ideal for cooking pizzas, bread, grills and cooked dishes.
Fitted with a double-leaf cast iron door and an external projecting smoke hood that give it a better seal and therefore optimal cooking, Le Gastronome is the top-of-the-range model for domestic use.

This wood-fired oven kit is made from very high-quality volcanic earth (pozzolana) and is made in France.
It is an outdoor wood-fired oven that can be installed on your terrace, in your garden or in your summer kitchen.
It consists of separate elements that are easy to handle and are placed against each other without adhesive.
Once assembled, the oven must be insulated and covered to ensure it heats up quickly and maintains constant temperatures.
