Made of 1.5 mm thick stainless steel, this flue hood is built into the masonry and removes the flue gases from the wood-fired oven and connects it to a round stainless steel flue.
It is fitted with a 3-position adjustable draught damper to regulate the flue gas outlet according to your needs.

Installation tips:
To avoid problems related to expansion, it is recommended to use a flexible insulation, such as refractory blanket, on the flue hood and around the flue to prevent direct contact between the metal and the masonry of stone, firebricks, clay and so on.
