Alecook is a family business made up of professionals dedicated to their customers, dynamic and passionate. A pioneer in its field, Alecook designs and hand-builds wood-fired ovens in refractory clay that are high in quality and long-lasting. Attentive to its customers' requirements, Alecook has adapted to new aesthetic trends and thus offers wood-fired ovens for all tastes (traditional, classic, designer, etc.).
For all these reasons, Cœur de Foyer has decided to partner with Alecook to offer these exceptional ovens to our customers looking for efficient, high-performance wood-fired ovens.

Incomparable heat storage and thermal inertia:
The special feature of Alecook ovens lies in the raw material used to make professional-quality ovens for domestic use: kaolin.
Indeed, this 100 % natural white refractory clay has an exceptional pyrolytic resistance of 1630°: the oven can therefore withstand large temperature variations.
This property produces a unique product with high heat storage and thermal inertia, 8 cm thick, which, when fired at high temperature, becomes a real "Bunker"!
With a single load of wood, you can use your oven to cook absolutely everything: bread, pizzas and pastries at the peak temperature (350-450°C), and stews, bourguignons and simmered dishes at lower temperatures (200°C).

Description of Alecook turnkey ovens:
✅ The hand-made one-piece oven shell is covered with high-performance thermal insulation: this is made up of ecological ceramic fibres and a layer of aluminium, thus limiting heat loss and keeping the outside temperature of the oven below 35°.
✅ A metal mesh then holds the whole assembly on the dome.
✅ The oven entrance, built from dense firebricks and clay mortar, takes a black semi-glazed steel door (glass resistant to 500°), fitted with a wooden handle and a manual draught control. Dimensions: 480 mm (W) x 340 mm (H).
✅ The oven is also fitted with a removable probe thermometer.
✅ The 1.5 mm stainless steel flue hood, 150 mm in diameter, is sealed onto the dome and protected by the thermal insulation: it is fitted with a draught-regulating damper operated by a designer stainless steel control.
✅ A brick flue block is then built above the flue hood, ready to be connected to the flue.
✅ Several layers are then applied to the dome to give it the strength, bonding and waterproofing it needs to work properly: expanded clay and waterproofing refractory mortar.
✅ Except for the brick-finish model, the dome and the platform are then covered with tinted sprayed cork, an innovative, high-performance material that ensures the oven is watertight and long-lasting.

The Bunker Dublin 80 oven:
The Dublin 80 model has an internal diameter of 80 cm, which corresponds to a cooking area of 0.50 m², allowing 3 pizzas of Ø 30 cm to be cooked at once: the ideal size for 10-12 people (The average cooking time for a pizza is 2 minutes).
Its mid-grey dome combined with off-white bricks and grey joints gives it a modern look that will fit perfectly into your outdoor space.

Delivery and installation:
The oven is delivered sealed onto its 5 cm thick reinforced concrete platform, which is fitted with 4 bolts with hooks for lifting and positioning the oven on its final support (slab, pier, metal frame, etc.).
Please note: the oven is delivered on a pallet, which will be dropped off as close as possible depending on access, using a manual pallet truck (smooth, flat ground).
Because of its high weight (up to 1075 kg depending on the finish), a handling machine is essential to move it to the installation site.
It is then strongly recommended to install a stainless steel flue and a rain cap to remove the flue gases at height and thus avoid any nuisance.

Use:
1- Feed the fire for about an hour and a half to reach a temperature of between 350 and 450°C (see the advice in our user manual)
2- Once the fire has gone out, the embers and the oven's inertia let you cook your pizzas, bread, roasts and pastries.
3- Once the temperature has dropped, you can take advantage of it for your slow cooking: stews, bourguignons, simmered dishes, etc.
4- This oven is ideal for regular use by groups of 6 to 8 people.

To get the most out of it, read the user manual, where you will find the procedure for the first heating of the oven and advice on heating and cooking in your oven.
