Formulated from lightweight refractory grog and vermiculite, this insulating refractory castable withstands high temperatures of up to 1100° and has a high insulating power thanks to its low density.
Used for building wood-fired ovens and for forming an insulating layer on the domes of wood-fired ovens, it limits heat loss and reduces the energy consumption of ovens and fireboxes.
