Overview:
This vermiculite board can be used to replace the existing broken or cracked boards in your stove or fireplace.
It is designed to withstand temperatures of 1100°C: the product does not break down even when exposed to a direct flame, but the maximum service temperature must be taken into account.
Tips for use:
- The composition of the product makes it easy to cut and shape with tools designed for cutting wood: hand saw, jigsaw, circular saw.
- Do not cut it through its thickness, as this may weaken it.
- Vermiculite is sensitive to moisture.
