👉 The sliding straight length adjustable from 565 to 950 mm in 2 mm black painted steel connects the heating appliance to the chimney flue: it consists of 2 pipes that slide into one another.
Once adjusted, its included locking band locks the pipe in place.
It thus allows the stove pipe to be fitted and removed easily, in particular for maintenance.
Its 50 mm male/female spigot is smooth and gives an impeccable finish.

🔥As a reminder, flue pipes must be installed in the direction of the condensates, i.e. male end downwards.

➡️ Coated with a black Senotherm paint that needs to be brought up to temperature to be "cured", it can be useful to get a refractory spray paint for a few touch-ups during installation.

What are the advantages of 2 mm painted steel?
✅ Withstands high temperatures of up to 1000°C.
✅ Does not deform under the effect of heat
✅ Substantial 2 mm thickness that ensures robustness and safety over time
✅ Excellent value for money

⚠️ Reminder of the safety distances according to the NF DTU 24.1 standard:
The safety distance to be kept between a single-wall connecting flue pipe and a combustible material (plasterboard, panelling, PVC, OSB, etc.) is 3 times the nominal diameter of the pipe, with a minimum of 37.5 cm.
However, this distance can be reduced to 1.5 times the diameter of the pipe (with a minimum of 20 cm) by using insulation such as calcium silicate boards (fitted with an air gap) or wall protection boards with built-in insulation.

🔥2 mm painted steel flue pipes are designed to operate under N1 (40 Pa) sealing conditions up to 600° (T600) but can withstand temperatures of up to 1000°C.
