Kit for making discreet cleanout hatches to be built into the cladding of masonry heaters in order to access the heat-storage system and carry out its maintenance. We offer you a pack to make 6 cleanout hatches in 150 mm diameter.
Other packs are available for 3, 4 and 5 cleanout hatches.

This kit includes:
✅ 6 scratch-resistant stainless steel discs (Magnelis), 2 mm thick, 150 mm diameter
✅ Self-adhesive glass fibre tape, 25 mm wide (3 mm thick), to be stuck on each of the 6 hatches to ensure the seal
✅ 1 cartridge of black silicone resistant to 300°
⚠️ Paint not included
Advice for making the hatches in 150 mm outer diameter:
- Drill the cladding with a hole saw of 130 mm diameter maximum
- Keep the piece of cladding and stick the self-adhesive tape to its edge as many times as needed for a perfect seal
- Apply black silicone to the piece of cladding
- Stick on the metal disc, taking care to centre it
- Leave to dry for a day and the hatch is ready to fit
