This wood-fired oven door comes from the Finnish tradition: it is fitted mainly to the ovens of masonry heaters and can also be used for bread ovens and pizza ovens.
Made up of a single leaf, this all-black cast iron door (with steel frame) has a large glass pane for keeping an eye on your cooking and watching the living spectacle of the fire.
Its handle can be placed on the right or on the left, and its draught control lets you set the optimum air level so that combustion is effective and clean.
