SuperWool Plus refractory blanket - 6 mm thick (5.5 m roll)
Bio-soluble refractory wool blanket is a must in the construction of masonry heaters, but also of wood-fired ovens and other refractory masonry.
With a density of 128 kg /m³ and a thickness of 6 mm, it is used as insulation and can also serve as an expansion joint and seal. Here we offer it in a 5.5 m roll.

Varied applications in different fields:
Refractory wool blankets are needled on both sides. They have high tensile strength before and after heating.
- Suitable for high and medium temperature industrial applications.
- Used as an expansion and sealing joint and/or as flexible insulation in the construction of masonry heaters, fireboxes and so on.
- Ideal for insulating the outside of the domes/vaults of wood-fired ovens.
- Very highly recommended between cast iron / metal parts and masonry.
