This wood-fired oven door comes from the Finnish tradition: it is fitted mainly to the ovens of masonry heaters and can also be used for bread ovens and pizza ovens.
Consisting of a single leaf, this cast iron door (with steel frame), black and stainless steel, has a large glass so you can keep an eye on your cooking and enjoy the living spectacle of the fire.
Its handle can be fitted on the right or on the left and its draught control lets you set the optimal air level so that combustion is effective and clean.
