495 mm straight length adjustable from 60 to 435 mm - 0.4 mm stainless steel flue pipe
Telescopic flue pipe, 495 mm long, in 0.4 mm stainless steel, with a working length of 60 to 435 mm, used as a connecting flue pipe for wood-burning appliances such as wood or pellet stoves, fireplaces, inserts and wood-fired ovens. It can also be installed as a rigid flue liner in an existing masonry chimney.
Available in diameters from 80 mm to 200 mm.

👉 The 495 mm telescopic straight length in 316L single-wall stainless steel, 0.4 mm thick, connects the heating appliance to the chimney flue: Its male end slides into the pipe below to give a working length of 60 to 435 mm, and once adjusted, the locking band (not included) locks the pipe in place. It can be cut to length and so allows the stove pipe to be fitted and removed easily, in particular for maintenance.
Example: If the telescopic pipe is connected to a 50 cm pipe, you will get a total length of 56 cm minimum to 93.5 cm maximum.
It can also be used as a connecting flue pipe or as a rigid flue liner in an existing masonry chimney.
Locking band to be ordered separately from 180 mm diameter upwards.

What is a Bofill single-wall stainless steel modular flue?
Bofill single-wall stainless steel flues are made from AISI 316L stainless steel, 0.4 mm thick.
➡️ The sections are connected by a 48 mm Male / Female socket system.
➡️ For diameters from 80 to 150 mm, the airtight joint is made with the Easy Lock system, with no need for a locking band
➡️ For diameters from 180 mm upwards, the airtight joint is made using the locking band not included.
🔥Bofill 316 stainless steel flues are supplied with a silicone seal for operation under P1 pressure class (200 Pa) up to 200 ° C (T200).
For installation without the seal, they can operate at temperatures of up to 600° C (T600) with N1 pressure class (40 Pa).
