Square flashing in red silicone
Made from red silicone, this flashing is compatible with steel/sheet-metal roofs, flat tiles and slates, and can be cut to the required diameter, suiting roof pitches of up to 45°: it is the essential accessory when you want to avoid disturbing the roof covering.
Available in several external diameters, it is compatible with both single-wall and insulated twin-wall flues.
Lead time: 2 to 3 weeks

👉 The silicone flashing seals the joint between the roof and the single-wall or insulated twin-wall flue by fitting directly around it.
Its excellent elasticity allows it to follow the shape of the roof or tiles while accommodating the building's movement and expansion without ever tearing.
It withstands temperatures of up to 260° C.
Fitting advice:
1- The silicone flashing is graduated: simply cut it to the exact diameter of your pipe for a tight, watertight fit.
2- Slide the flashing along the pipe, using a little soapy water to help it slide
3- Shape the base by hand or with a rubber mallet so that it follows the contours of the roof.
4- Apply a bead of high-temperature silicone sealant under the metal base
5- Fix the base to the roof using self-drilling screws spaced 3 to 5 cm apart.
✅ For optimum watertightness, we recommend using the sealing kit for silicone and EPDM flashings.
⚠️ For installation around an insulated twin-wall flue, be sure to measure the external diameter of the DPI flue.
